How do I order?
Ordering is fast, simple and convenient. We deliver straight to your doorstep. For those who are new to online shopping, simply go to our SHOP category, browse through our catalog, select preferred item and quantity, and click ADD TO CART. Review if all items are correct and proceed to CHECK OUT.
What are the payment methods?
Once you have checked out, you can then select your preferred mode of payment. We accept PayPal and bank deposits. For bank deposits, please email nipponretail@nipponesthetic.com.
Do you ship in the Philippines?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Shipping takes 2-3 business days within Metro Manila, and 3-5 business days outside of Metro Manila. International shipping will be available soon.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order with us, we will reply to you within 24 hours to confirm that your order(s) and payment were received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you.

We at Nippon encourage a happy and balanced work schedule. We are open daily, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, except Sundays and government-declared holidays. If you place an order at the end of day on a Friday, over the weekend, or during a public holiday, please expect a confirmation from us on Monday or the next business day.

Can I exchange items?
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received. And yes, Nippon welcomes returns and exchanges as long as the items are in the same condition as they were received. Please bear in mind that all shipping charges back to us and again to you will be of your responsibility.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will be happy to exchange the item(s). Email us at nipponretail@nipponesthetic.com for matters of exchanges and returns with the following information:

Order Number
Date when you received the order
Product Code(s) and Quantity
Delivery Address
Items you wish to purchase again

What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of placing your order(s). Returns and exchanges are effective for items that, upon receiving by the customer, are determined to be defective or damaged or if the item(s) delivered are incorrect. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked on SALE or PROMO are not returnable.
